Imbolc or Imbolg, also called Brigid's Day, is a Gaelic traditional festival marking the beginning of spring. Join us to celebrate it by watching the sunrise in the comfort of the panoramic watchroom in the Hook Lighthouse, Co. Wexford. It is an exclusive experience with spectacular views. 

This special event will be co-hosted by Baya Salmon Hawk who will impart stories surrounding the traditions of Imbolic.

The programme includes:

  • The Sunrise Experience starts at 7.30am sharp

  • Arrive 7.30am to the Watchtower

  • You will be greeted with with tea/coffee, bucks fizz, and a warm selection of breakfast canapés.

  • Watch the Sunrise in the comfort of our panoramic watchroom at 08.08am

  • At 8.30am take a tour of the Oldest Operational Lighthouse in the World with Warm Mead or Mulled Wine on the Viewing Balcony
